What thickness corflute are your signs printed on?

We have both 5mm & 6mm corflute to service every state in Australia. Please advise which state you are based in when you enquire and we can ensure you receive signage compliant for your state. We use the highest appropriate gsm corflute for both thicknesses to ensure that it lasts in in rough and high use environments while maintaining its flexibility to ensure its easy to install and remove from the message frames.

What reflective do you use?

The reflective that we use on our temporary signs is ORAFOL’s Oralite 5960. This is a Class 1, sometimes know as Class 400 (1W) reflective that has been tested and approved for use in Australia. Please contact us is you would like to see the approval documents. USS also has approval and recommendation from ORAFOL to manufacture and print onto their temporary and permanent reflectives in Australia.

Can you print our logos to the signs?

Yes, we can direct print logos to the rear of your signage as well as including a watermark to the front of your signs for the states where this is compliant. This saves you the time and effort of applying stickers or stencilling you logos on the signage and provides a sharp professional looking logo.

What are your turn arounds?

At USS we strive to be as flexible as possible to fit clients needs, but as a guide we would normally as for 1-2 days for 1-50x signs, 3-4 days for 100-250x signs, and a week for a full ute/bollard truck kit or 500+ signs. As a general rule, signs with logos printed to the rear or as a watermark will take a day or two longer than the standard signage, depending on the quantity ordered.

Can you provide other products for my utes/trucks?

USS can provide the additional products to kit out your vehicles. We aim to be a one stop shop for your traffic management requirements, holding a range of frames, legs, cones, bollards, bases, flags and barrier tapes. We can also provide the personalisation to your cones and bollards by applying your logos to the reflective bands on each.
